  • To develop the skills to structure your day to make better use of your time
  • To understand how to evaluate the amount of time a task takes to complete
  • To identify the priority level and working order of tasks
  • To recognise and manage ‘time thieves’

Time Management Course Content:


Day 1

  • Optimising and managing the hours in your day to increase your productivity
  • Structuring your time to ensure best use of your energy  
  • Using tools to manage your workload e.g. wall planner, diary, computer based tools
  • Scoping out your goals and associated tasks:
  • Prioritising Tasks - Categorising tasks using 3 separate techniques;  Urgent vs. Important QuadrantPrioritisation Matrix and the ABC System of Prioritisation
  • Identifying and preventing the Time Thieves that ‘steal’ your time
  • Setting your Boundaries - setting and managing expectations
  • Understanding the benefits of delegating and how to delegate successfully
  • How to deal with procrastination to ensure tasks get done and your goals are achieved
  • Development Plan - participants create a development plan of key learning points to implement in the workplace
