- Examination of the communication process and the causes of communication failure
- Creating and maintaining rapport
- Questioning to gain clarity
- Giving feedback assertively
- Listening effectively
- Using non-verbal communication effectively
- Influencing people using visual, auditory and kinesthetic words
- Understanding your audience’s communication style and adjusting your style to communicate successfully
- Understanding the role Transactional Analysis plays in sucessful communication
- Development Plan: Participants create a development plan, based on their learning that can be implemented in the workplace
