  • To develop the skills to communicate to different communication styles
  • To identify the skills required to use and interpret non-verbal communication

Day 1

  • Examination of the communication process and the causes of communication failure
  • Creating and maintaining rapport
  • Questioning to gain clarity
  • Giving feedback assertively
  • Listening effectively 
  • Using non-verbal communication effectively
  • Influencing people using visual, auditory and kinesthetic words
  • Understanding your audience’s communication style and adjusting your style to communicate successfully
  • Understanding the role Transactional Analysis plays in sucessful communication  
  • Development Plan:  Participants create a development plan, based on their learning that can be implemented in the workplace

At the end of this programme, participants will have the necessary skills to:

  • Develop their listening, questioning and feedback skills
  • Communicate effectively and with impact using non-verbal communication
